Merlin Tonka lives since 1999 in Nuremberg (Bavarian-Germany) and studied Computational Engineering at the university Erlangen-Nuremberg from October 1999 until October 2005. After his master's thesis at the institut of Distributed Systems and Operating Systems in cooperation with infoteam Software GmbH, he worked as software developer for automated testing in medecine field for Sepp.med Software GmbH and now for Siemens AG as Test Engineer responsible for automated testing of a very complex software for radiation therapy (Linear Accelerator).
As ISTQB Certified Tester he is responsible of the quality assurance of the software with very tied cooperation with developer.
Field of Work: Medecine technique (Oncology: Cancer treatment with the help of radiation therapy using linear accelerator)
